When you started to walk or taught your child to walk there was a process to learning.
A child first learns to pull themselves up. When grip is lost, they move again to stand up.
Then, little ones find balance on their own feet and let’s go and stand
I can’t go any further… the parent steps back and says come on you can do this. Each time you think you can not go any further, the Father steps back and says just come on to me. Staying focused and
Everytime you stumble, you reach for support. Sometimes, you are the support and sometimes you are the stumbler.
Everytime you fall… as long as you always get up and dust off, and take another “first step” you will always be moving forward.
I pray today that you never stay down when you fall.
Why are you climbing through the window?
Teenagers are known to test limits. Some have even snuck out of the window at night to go somewhere off-limits. Funny though, as adults, we do the same thing. We are following along God’s plan and see a window to exit or enter a place we shouldn’t; as a teenager at night. Just as the teenager goes out the window to avoid detection, we use the window of opportunity to make changes in our lives.
Friend, I want you to know that if God plans change in your life, it will not be through a window. When God wants you to enter, the door will be open wide enough to dance through. The key is to be in God’s will. In 2 Corinthians Paul was doing God’s work and a door was open for him.
Paul states in 2 Corinthians 2:12 (KJV) “Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord,”
I pray today that if you are facing an opportunity or changes in your life, you are following God’s open doors.
